ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Aggie Green Fund is administered by an advisory committee. To represent the breadth of the campus community, the committee is comprised of four to five students and three faculty/staff representatives, with Office of Sustainability & Campus Enrichment staff serving in an advisory capacity. Members of the Aggie Green Fund Advisory Committee are reviewed and selected by a variety of campus leaders.

The student committee positions are as follows:

  • Chair - Manages committee meetings, provides recommendations to improve AGF performance, and offers guidance and support to committee members
  • Information Chair - Serves as key point of contact for potential and current grantees, reports on meeting outcomes, provides up-to-date information for outreach and reporting efforts, and facilitates informational sessions in conjunction with the Marketing Chair
  • Marketing Chair - Runs marketing events and campaigns to promote the AGF, including signage, promotional materials, and digital outreach
  • Project Analysis Chair - Analyzes grantee reports to evaluate progress and offers recommendations for project efficacy

Faculty/staff committee representatives mentor student members and offer expertise in environmental sustainability, grant evaluation and selection, and/or project implementation on campus.
