How You Get Involved

"Being on the Aggie Green Fund has been a great and unique experience because you get to literally 'make change happen'. You can look at a newly painted bike lane or a new water bottle re-filling station, and know that they are there because you chose to fund that project." --Craig Wolf, former chair of the Aggie Green Fund

Grant Proposal

The Aggie Green Fund Advisory Committee welcomes and encourages all students, faculty, and staff with a great sustainability idea to apply and receive funding. The board is a diverse mix of these groups, and as such we wish to provide an avenue for individuals from across campus to engage in projects that enhance sustainable practices at Texas A&M. Projects can be everything from increasing recycling to improving the energy efficiency of campus buildings. If you have a great idea that directly addresses sustainability on the Texas A&M campus, we encourage you to apply for funding.

While the committee wishes to engage many groups and individuals, all applicants must recognize the time commitment that a project may entail. We encourage all applicants to take the process very seriously. In the "How You Apply for a Grant" section, the board provides a description of the application process and all relevant documents.
